What is your refund policy after shipping?
1) Lost Painting Guarantee: If the painting is lost by the courier, we will send you a new artwork at no charge
2) Artwork Damage: If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us. We will either repair the damage or, if it cannot be fixed, create a new artwork for you free of charge.
3) Frame Damage: If the frame you ordered with your artwork arrives damaged, we will promptly reimburse the frame price or replace it with a new one.
